Merry Christmas to all!

Remus, Sirius, Lily, you all have presents from me waiting at my flat. Jinx has an injured wing so you can either pop round and fetch them, or wait a few days until he's better. Your choice on that, but either way, pop round sometime!

Other than that, my life is boring. Work is as busy as ever. Had a nice Christmas at home with Mum and Dad. They got me the newest Weird Sister album, and a gift card to that little Muggle punk boutique I like so much. Did the usual traditions, decorating the tree, the annual snowball fight between me and Dad, (I won again! 3rd year running), and the annual spiking of the eggnog by me and Dad, and the annual running from Mum when she finds out we did it again. Never boring at home honestly. Wouldn't have it any other way though.

Current Mood: breathless

No rest for the weary. All Aurors have been called in daily until further notice. It's only a matter of time until they put me out in the field with someone. Paperwork is stacking up, yet no one cares anymore. We've got more important things to worry about now.

God what I wouldn't give for a day off. Or even an hour to hang out with someone...anyone...and not talk about work. Or sightings. Just to have fun again.

Another day, another sickle. Work's still as tedious as ever. You think we'd have less paperwork, but nooo, it seems to have doubled. Just my luck. I'm tempted to incinerate it all with a wave of my wand.
